Process FES in ebs: ontrack Hub to create the output files required for the SFC (Scottish Funding Council). For example, to create the required output files for the first quarter return for the 2025 to 2026 funding year.
Process the FES as follows:

On ebs: ontrack Hub, go to FES Processing.

Select the Processing Options as follows:

Funding Year: select the funding year, such as 32 (2025 - 2026).

Return Date: select the return date, such as 1st Quarter (01/11/2025).

Process the FES return and create the output files, select Run Now. Note that you can also Schedule the processing of FES output files.
Wait for the output files to be created. Note that the output files are created by a workflow that may take some time to complete.

Download the output files. On Processing History, go to the vertical ellipsis and then select Download.
The individual .dat files for FES 1, FES 2, and FES 3 are contained within the downloaded .zip file.
